How It Works Scan batches of documents in minutes for instant indexing or batch indexing later. Create a filing system with customized search fields, making it easy to retrieve documents in a matter of seconds. Store your paper document electronically on your hard drive, CD-ROM, ZIP drive, or other media. Search for documents by indexed field, such as invoice number or customer name. Once the documents are retrieved, flexible viewing options allow you to rotate the image, zoom in and adjust the quality of the image.
